Located just one block from the courthouse in Newport, Oregon, Yaquina Law is a boutique law firm with two attorneys who are experts in their respective fields. Our small team of legal professionals and attorneys work together closely to achieve truly remarkable results for our clients.
When long time Oregon Coast resident and attorney Dennis L. Bartoldus retired in 2018, Adam Springer acquired his practice. That same year, upon her admission to the Oregon State Bar, attorney Traci P. McDowall joined Adam’s firm, and in 2020, the firm changed its name to Yaquina Law LLC (formerly Adam C. Springer LLC). Adam has practiced law on the Oregon Coast since being admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2011, starting his own firm in 2014.
Our areas of expertise are personal injury, estate planning, estate administration, real estate, land use, and business law. We pride ourselves on serving our clients by staying up to date with changes in the law and working as a team to guide our clients through the ever changing legal world.
The client journey at Yaquina Law begins with a meaningful connection with our clients and closes with an opportunity for the client to provide feedback on how their experience was. Our goal is to be there through every step of the journey to inform and guide our clients through the complicated legal world.
You learn of our office through a meaningful connection and we get to know each other at our initial consultation. We learn about the problem you are facing and what your desired outcome is, and explain what we think we can do to help.
We create a creative and individualized plan tailored to your desired outcome based on our review of all the relevant materials, rules and statutes, time frame, and steps of the legal process..
We guide you through the legal process. This is done, in part, through Informational letters along the way explaining next steps, status of the matter, and what’s involved in the next stage. Our goal is to always keep you informed of what is happening.
Our goal is simple
–
help you achieve your goals.
